El conocimiento de los negocios relativos a elecciones que competen a los Jueces del Circuito, corresponde a los del ramo civil, v cuando en la cabecera del Circuito a que hubiere de corresponder el negocio haya más de un Juez de dicho ramo, ese conocimiento se determinará por repartimiento.
