El que obtenga el acceso carnal con una mujer mayor de catorce años, empleando al efecto maniobras engañosas o supercherías de cualquier género, o seduciéndola mediante promesa formal de matrimonio, estar sujeto a la pena de uno a seis años de prisión. A la misma pena estará sujeto el que tenga acceso carnal con una persona que padezca de alienación mental o que se halle en estado de inconsciencia.
