Cuando se trate de defunción, el funcionario que extienda el acta correspondiente expida una constancia al interesado para que el Alcalde de la orden de inhumación del cadáver, y si son el Alcalde, el Corregidor o el Inspector quienes asientan el acta, estos funcionarios dispondrán lo conveniente para que se lleve a efecto la inhumación
