°. Distribución y ubicación de cargos . El Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a que se refiere el artículo 1° del presente decreto, mediante acto administrativo, y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes y programas de la Entidad.
