Sanciones. Las instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud y sus laboratorios en materia de salud pública y los laboratorios de Salud Pública del orden nacional, departamental o distrital que violen o incumplan las funciones o disposiciones consagradas en el presente decreto, incurrirán en las sanciones que establecen la Ley 10 de 1990, 100 de 1993 y demás normas que las adicionen, modifiquen, reglamenten o complementen.
