Anticipo Haberes . Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que sean destinados en comisión al exterior por más de treinta (30) días, tendrán derecho al anticipo de un mes de sus haberes mensuales. Cuando la comisión sea por un lapso de treinta (30) días, el anticipo de haberes hará por el tiempo de la comisión más los viáticos, si fuere el caso. CAPITULO II. Prestaciones por Retiro.
