ARTICULO 24. DE LA PRIMA DE VACACIONES. La prima de vacaciones creada por los decretos-leyes 174 y 230 de 1975 continuarán reconociéndose a los empleados públicos de los ministerios, departamentos administrativos, superintendencias, establecimientos públicos y unidades administrativas especiales del orden nacional, en los mismos términos en que fue establecida por las citadas normas. De esta prima continuarán excluidos los funcionarios del servicio exterior.
