Secretaría Técnica . La Secretaría Técnica del Consejo será ejercida por el Viceministro de Coordinación del SINA. La Secretaría Técnica tendrá como funciones, las siguientes

Actuar como secretario en las reuniones del Consejo y de sus comisiones y suscribir las actas.

Convocar las sesiones del Consejo.

Presentar al Consejo los informes, estudios y documentos que deban ser examinados.

Invitar a las sesiones del Consejo a las personas que le indique su Presidente o los demás miembros del mismo.

Las demás que le asigne el Consejo.
