º. REGIMEN DE LOS DEMAS ACTOS SOCIETARIOS. Salvo las excepciones que consagre la ley las decisiones de los órganos sociales no son actos administrativos, sino actos de una sociedad de economía mixta sujeta al régimen de empresa industrial y comercial del estado. Las solicitudes y tramitaciones presentadas a la Compañía u ocasionadas por el ejercicio del objeto social no son actuaciones administrativas. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, la Compañía tiene la facultad discrecional de pactar la cláusula administrativa de caducidad en los contratos que convenga para el desarrollo de su objeto social.
