Una vez analizada la manifestación de sujeción a la justicia, el Gobierno nacional podrá asignar mediante acto administrativo, a uno o varios de sus delegados, la facultad de llevar a cabo los acercamientos colectivos, según las funciones descritas en el artículo siguiente, con los representantes de la organización que haya realizado una solicitud de sujeción.
