º Se modifica el Anexo 1 del Decreto 2824 de 1991 en el sentido de que el Municipio de Urumita hace parte del grupo número 2 y deja de formar parte del Grupo número 5, y los Municipios de Apartadó, Turbo, Necoclí, Puerto Berrío y Puerto Triunfo pasan a formar parte del Grupo número 3, y dejan de formar parte de los respectivos Grupos en los que estaban en virtud de dicho Anexo,
