° El Gobierno podrá conceder todas las exenciones y rebajas de que pueda disponer en las vías fluviales, terrestre ó ferroviarias para la sal que se transporte, y las franquicias personales de que gozan los empleados del Gobierno en las misma vía, al contratista ó contratistas y sus agentes cuando viajen en servicio del Gobierno.
