Operaciones De Financiamiento A Través De Inversión

Decreto 712 de 2004 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 132 de la Ley 101 de 1993, adicionado por el artículo 3° de la Ley 811 de 2003.

°. Operaciones de financiamiento a través de inversión . Los aportes de capital en empresas y proyectos específicos autorizadas al Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, en el artículo 132 de la Ley 101 de 1993, adicionado por el artículo 3° de la Ley 811 de 2003, se sujetarán a las condiciones previstas en el presente decreto.

Parágrafo

Los aportes de capital en empresas no podrán ser realizadas de forma simultánea con las operaciones de inversión en proyectos específicos adelantados por las mismas.
