Los reclamos se presentarán por conducto del Oficial más antiguo que siga en categoría al Comandante de la Unidad o repartición. El Oficial intermediario hará conocer el reclamo del calificador y lo emitirá dentro de las 48 horas al Jefe superior respectivo para su resolución. Si no se llegare a un acuerdo, la Jefatura superior pondrá los hechos en conocimiento de la Junta Calificadora de Oficiales y Suboficiales, que será la encargada de resolver en definitiva el reclamo, por escrito.
