Estructura funcional del observatorio de ordenamiento territorial. El Observatorio del Ordenamiento Territorial se encuentra conformado por las entidades de la Comisión de Ordenamiento Territorial, creada por el artículo 4° de la Ley 1454 de 2011 y demás entidades del Gobierno nacional con competencia legal en asuntos de ordenamiento territorial.

La estructura para el funcionamiento del Observatorio de ordenamiento territorial está conformada por una Gerencia técnica y un Equipo de soporte técnico.
