Art. 28. La cuenta denominada Intereses de billetes se debitará, acreditando la de Billetes de Tesorería, con las sumas a que monten esos intereses, como se dijo en el artículo anterior. Tendrá su crédito de la de Anticipaciones, por las razones ya espuestas.
