º La convivencia y dependencia de los hermanos menores huérfanos, por los cuales se solicite el cobro del Subsidio Familiar, deberá comprobarse mediante tres declaraciones juramentadas, extrajuicio, en las cuales conste dicho hecho, sin perjuicio de las averiguaciones que la Caja pueda realizar para complementar la información pertinente.
