Art 1º Llevarán estampillas de 3ª clase los títulos profesionales que expidan los Establecimientos de educación públicos ó privados, y los despachos y letras militares.

Quedan comprendidos dichos despachos y letras en la excepción de que trata el inciso 2º del artículo 30 de la Ley 110 de 1888 .

Por la se presente se reforma el inciso 6º del artículo 22 de la citada Ley y se deroga el inciso 15 del artículo 5º de la misma
