Cuando el funcionario con atribuciones disciplinarias del lugar donde se cometió la falta no sea competente, iniciará la indagación previa, e informará inmediatamente a quien tenga la atribución y remitirá las diligencias practicadas dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la fecha de los hechos.
