ARTICULO 2.2.2.1.3 .- INVERSIONES EN CORPORACIONES DE AHORRO Y VIVIENDA. Los establecimientos bancarios podrán promover y crear corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda, lo mismo que adquirir y conservar acciones por un valor que no exceda del diez por ciento (10%) del capital y reserva legal del banco que hace la inversión y en proporción no superior al cincuenta y uno por ciento (51%) del capital de ésta. Los directores y gerentes de estos establecimientos podrán hacer parte de los organismos directivos de las corporaciones.
