Del plazo del concurso público . El plazo del concurso, es decir el tiempo que transcurre entre su apertura y cierre, durante el cual se podrán presentar propuestas, se determinará según la naturaleza de la obra; en ningún caso podrá ser inferior a sesenta (60) días.
