Los empleadores cuyas actividades sean la agricultura, la silvicultura, la ganadería, la pesca, la minería, la avicultura, o la apicultura, pagarán el subsidio familiar por intermedio de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero más cercana al domicilio de los trabajadores, o de una Caja de Compensación Familiar según la regulación general. Parágrafo. Los empleadores del sector agroindustrial podrán seguir pagando el subsidio familiar a través de una Caja de Compensación según la regulación general.
