° Información a los Prestamistas. Hasta la fecha de cesión de los contratos de empréstito, el Banco Central Hipotecario será el responsable de suministrar la información que requieran los prestamistas. Si dicha cesión no se realiza y en su lugar se celebran contratos de administración fiduciaria, esta obligación continuará a cargo del citado Banco.
