Se delega en el empleo de Subdirector de Desarrollo del Talento Humano o quien haga sus veces, la facultad de gestionar y expedir los actos administrativos relacionados con la autorización y reversibilidad del teletrabajo híbrido y autónomo para los servidores públicos de la DIAN. Así mismo, se delega la facultad de resolver las peticiones, quejas, reclamos y solicitudes relacionadas con el teletrabajo.
