Adición Al Presupuesto De Gastos Del Sistema General De Regalías 2023- 2024

Decreto 443 de 2023 · Por el cual se incorpora al presupuesto del bienio 2023-2024 del Sistema General de Regalías el mayor recaudo generado en la bienalidad 2021-2022 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Adición al Presupuesto de Gastos del Sistema General de Regalías 2023- 2024. Atendiendo lo dispuesto en el numeral 1 del artículo 152 de la Ley 2056 de 2020 y el artículo 2.1.1.2.5., del Decreto 1821 de 2020, adiciónese al Presupuesto de Gastos del Sistema General de Regalías para el bienio del 1° de enero de 2023 al 31 de diciembre de 2024, la suma de nueve billones seiscientos setenta y un mil quinientos setenta y siete millones ochocientos setenta y seis mil ciento diez pesos moneda legal ($9.671.577.876.110), así:

Parágrafo 1

Mediante el Anexo 1, que hace parte integral del presente decreto, se detallan los recursos de las Asignaciones Directas (20% del SGR) por entidad beneficiaria.

Parágrafo 2

Mediante el Anexo 2, que hace parte integral del presente decreto, se detallan los recursos de la Asignación para la Inversión Local según NBI y cuarta, quinta y sexta categoría por beneficiarios.
