Seguimiento y veeduría a las instancias de resolución de conflictos. La CNTI, realizará seguimiento y veeduría a los resultados de las instancias de resolución de conflictos, con el fin de verificar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos suscritos.

Parágrafo

En el caso que se identifiquen actuaciones indebidas fuera del marco normativo u omisión, la CNTI, informará de manera inmediata y perentoria a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, Contraloría General de la República y la Fiscalía General de la Nación, para que inicien los procesos tendientes a generar las investigaciones y si es el caso ejemplares sanciones.
