El Instituto organizará en los Departamentos, Distrito Especial de Bogotá, Intendencias, Comisarías y Municipios, consejos y comités encargados de servir de órganos de coordinación para el desarrollo de las actividades de protección familiar, y de vincular a las Juntas de Acción Comunal, asociaciones de usuarios de los servicios rurales, asociaciones de padres de familia y cualesquiera otras entidades representativas de grupos comunitarios a las labores contempladas por la presente Ley.
