Salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 234, la mercancía que se retire de almacenes generales de depósito, pagará sus derechos a la tasa vigente en el momento de su salida. Cuando los derechos correspondientes a una mercancía cualquiera fueren elevados durante el período de su almacenamiento, la fianza prestada en garantía del pago respectivo será aumentada, si fuere necesario, en proporción al aumento de los derechos.
