Si en virtud de la investigación que practique el Inspector, encuentra que en el cargamento que ha llegado se ha infringido alguna de las disposiciones de este Decreto, o que su importación debe considerarse prohibida por dichas disposiciones, ordenará al dueño, persona o agente encargado del mismo, que lo reexporte dentro de un plazo razonable, y si no lo reexportare, será destruido sin que tal destrucción dé derecho a indemnización alguna.
