Fijase hasta la suma de seis mil pesos ($6.000.00) para la viuda y los hijos si los hubiere o para sus padres y hermanos de los investigadores científicos que, estando al servicio del Gobierno en Institutos o laboratorios oficiales, mueran o hubieren muerto a partir del primero de enero de mil novecientos cuarenta y dos, a consecuencia de infecciones adquiridas durante el ejercicio de sus funciones.
