Artículo séptimo . DOMICILIO Y ÁREA DE JURISDICCIÓN. La Zona Franca tendrá su sede en la ciudad de Cartagena y ejercerá su jurisdicción de conformidad con lo dispuesto en las normas de carácter general que regulan el funcionamiento de la Zona Franca y en los terrenos que adquiera con posterioridad previo las autorizaciones legales.
