ARTICULO 5o. Incorpórase al Decreto el siguiente artículo nuevo: ARTICULO 44. BIS : CAPITALIZACION DEL INSTITUTO. El remanente líquido que en cada ejercicio anual obtenga el Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario, IDEMA, por cualquier concepto, ingresará al patrimonio del Instituto como aumento de capital. Queda en esta forma modificado el artículo 9 o del Decreto - Ley 0040 de 1958.
