Procedencia E Interposición Del Recurso De Queja

Ley 836 de 2003 · por la cual se expide el reglamento del Régimen Disciplinario para las Fuerzas Militares.

Este recurso sólo procederá cuando se rechace o niegue el de apelación, caso en el cual el interesado, dentro del término de ejecutoria, podrá solicitar copias de la providencia impugnada y de las demás piezas pertinentes, las cuales se compulsarán dentro del término improrrogable de dos (2) días.

Del recurso de queja conocerá el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares.
