Los recursos recaudados por la sobretasa ambiental serán destinados a la recuperación y preservación de las áreas afectadas por las vías, de acuerdo con los planes de manejo del área protegida respectiva o los planes, programas y proyectos orientados a la recuperación y preservación de las mismas.
