°. Adiciónase el artículo 26 del Decreto 2772 de 2005, así:

Parágrafo 4

Cuando se trate de aplicar equivalencias para la formación de posgrado se tendrá en cuenta que el doctorado o posdoctorado es equivalente a la maestría más tres (3) años de experiencia profesional y viceversa; o a la especialización más cuatro (4) años de experiencia profesional y viceversa.
