Artículo veintinueve. El Fondo deberá constituir una reserva de compensación equivalente al 15% de los recaudos mensuales de las cuotas patronales, que estará destinada a mantener estable el subsidio que se fije cada trimestre, y en caso de que se presentara un sobrante de esta reserva, será distribuido en forma subsidio extraordinario en las mismas condiciones señaladas en el artículo treinta y seis de este Decreto entre las empresas públicas y privadas, debidamente autorizadas en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá el 31 de diciembre de 1960.
