Artículo tercero. Los maestros escalafonados por las Juntas de Escalafón y a quienes por razón de este Decreto les resultaren modificadas favorablemente sus categorías, podrán solicitar de la Junta Central el reconocimiento de la que les corresponde, presentando los comprobantes de servicio correspondientes.
