Los Miembros de la Junta Directiva, el Director General y los demás funcionarios del Instituto estarán sometidos al régimen de incompatibilidades e inhabilidades que establecen las normas constitucionales legales, estatutarias y reglamentarias. No podrán en consecuencia prestar sus servicios profesionales a dicha entidad, ni celebrar directamente o por interpuesta persona contrato alguno con el mismo, ni gestionar negocios propios o ajenos, salvo las excepciones consagradas en las normas vigentes sobre la materia.
