Artículo 22. Declarado inexequible por la sentencia de la Suprema Corte de Justicia del 14 de Diciembre de 1970.

JURISPRUDENCIA

Artículo 22. Quienes actualmente adelantan estudios de derecho, recibirán el título de abogado a la terminación de éstos. Para obtener el grado de doctor, podrán, asu elección, acogerse al régimen de exámenes preparatorios, tesis y examen de grado, hasta ahora vigente, u optar por el sistema de tesis precedida de exámenes o de cursos, establecido en e artículo anterior.
