La calificación será comunicada al funcionario por el Jefe de Personal del Ministerio, dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que se produzca. Cuando el funcionario sea evaluado con una calificación inferior a la mínima aprobatoria, el Jefe de Personal deberá poner en conocimiento del calificado los hechos que dieron lugar a tal evaluación, de acuerdo con lo debatido en el seno de la Comisión respectiva.
