Art. 2°. El Intérprete oficial será nombrado por el Prefecto respectivo, quien someterá el nombramiento a la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo. El Intérprete oficial tomará posesion ante el Prefecto del territorio, i quedará sujeto a las obligaciones que este le imponga.
