ARTICULO 1º Adóptase como legislación permanente la siguiente disposición del Decreto legislativo 566 de 1990: Artículo único. Prorrógase hasta el 9 de diciembre de 1991 la vigencia del Decreto legislativo 566 del 9 de marzo de 1990.
