Las disposiciones del Decreto número 1745 de 1945 sobre elección, periodos y asignaciones, personal subalterno, dotación y disposiciones generales, serán aplicables a los Tribunales y Juzgados que se crean por la presente Ley, en cuanto no fueren contrarias a las disposiciones de ésta.
