A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, el límite para el pago de las horas extras en el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, a que se refiere el literal d) del artículo 10 del Decreto 1515 de 1978 será el que rija en general para los empleados públicos de la Rama Ejecutiva del Poder Público.
