Artículo primero. Apruébanse los siguientes estatutos de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cúcuta, establecidos mediante Acuerdo, número 7 de 1974 (junio 11), de la Junta Directiva de la misma: "ACUERDO NUMERO 7 DE 1974 (junio 11) por el cual se adoptan los estatutos de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cúcuta. La Junta Directiva de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cúcuta, en uso de las facultades que le confiere el literal b) del artículo 7° del Decreto 584 de 1972, acuerda:
