Artículo noveno. El artículo 58 del Decreto 1344 de 1970, quedará así: Dentro de los perímetros urbanos se usará la luz media o baja. Fuera de estas zonas, la luz plena o alta, excepto cuando se aproxime un vehículo en sentido contrario.
