LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 210. INAPLICABILIDAD DE LA LEY 4º DE 1976. Por estar sometidos al régimen prestacional especial consagrado en este estatuto, la Ley 4º de 1976 no rige para los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional en goce de asignación de retiro o pensión policial, ni para los ex alumnos de las Escuelas de Formación de Oficiales y Suboficiales en goce de pensión, ni para los beneficiarios de unos y otros.
