Dotación inicial de vestuario y equipo . Los oficiales y suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, al ingresar al respectivo escalafón, tendrán derecho a recibir por una sola vez, como dotación oficial no imputable a partida anual, los elementos de vestuario estipulados en los respectivos reglamentos de uniformes. El mismo derecho tendrán los oficiales y suboficiales que sean llamados al servicio activo, cuando hubieren permanecido por más de un (1) año en situación de retiro. El ministerio de Defensa fijará, mediante resolución, los valores mínimos de las dotaciones a que se refiere este Artículo.
