Articulo 11 Cuando por motivo grave el Gerente de de la Empresa se viere obligado a suspender a alguno de los empleados cuyo nombramiento corresponde al Ministerio de Obras Públicas, nombrará interinamente la persona que deba reemplazar al suspendido, y dará cuanta inmediata al Ministerio para los fines a que haya lugar.
