Convenios para el trabajo penitenciario. El Inpec podrá celebrar convenios con personas públicas o privadas con el fin de habilitar las plazas de trabajo para las personas privadas de la libertad. Estos convenios deberán incluir las condiciones de afiliación de las personas privadas de la libertad al Sistema General de Riesgos Laborales.
